WE ARE CURRENTLY ABLE TO ONLY ACCEPT NEW FEDERAL (R on identification card) BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD INSURANCE PATIENTS DUE TO A FULL TIME CONTRACT AT A MEDICAL CENTER. We anticipate with new hires that we will be able to accept more insurance patients in the near future.
WE ALSO ACCEPT NEW PRIVATE PAY PATIENTS and see patients a FEW EVENINGS (Typically Mon/Tues/Thurs) A WEEK AND EVERY OTHER SUNDAY, focusing on Individual or Couples/Marital therapy. Hours and new therapists and offices to be updated. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE ALSO ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER) AND CAN OFFER PAYMENT PLANS. Please contact your individual insurance carrier to determine if you have out of network benefits if you are seeking to file claims through your carrier for reimbursement and I can assist with the paperwork needed for you to file your claims(s).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE Psychoeducational Assessments, Independent Evaluations for Schools, Bariatric Assessments (Gastric Bypass, Lapband and Sleeve Evaluations), Psychological assessments for Immigration cases related to hardship claims, Full Psychological Batteries , and serving as an expert witness either through the Roundtable Group or privately. I offer gastric (lapband, bypass, or sleeve) evaluations every other Sunday in my office from 9am to 3pm or by appointment in my office and the turnaround time for completed reports is usually within 1 week.
